We are a small social enterprise with a big heart and soul.
Our aim is to address health inequalities in the community, by making our therapies and guided movement practices available and accessible in the community. With over 13 years’ dedication to this cause, we have strong evidence to support the efficacy of our work. As skilled and experienced practitioners, we consider what we do an essential part of musculo-skeletal healthcare.
We use our profits to offer discounted rates to those who need it and use small grants to run community-lead projects, providing free therapeutic services to people in the most difficult situations.
